Dariush Panjeh Ali (Researcher and Producer)
Abstract:
Introduction: Given that emergency management works alongside the emergency clinical staff and does not have the right to interfere in the field of treatment and clinical measures, it is necessary to have complete familiarity with the tools, equipment, and general and specialized principles in emergency management in unusual and crisis conditions. This research project provides a general introduction to emergency management in disaster and crisis conditions, and the necessary requirements, as well as suggestions for greater efficiency of personnel and emergency and health management.
Materials and Methods: This research project and personal research have been carried out to the best of my ability and knowledge in the form of questions and answers, interviews, and the use of scientific sources.
Findings: The purpose of writing this work is that, given that at times in critical situations, an emergency manager needs volunteers in addition to Official forces are ready to serve for health services to patients, and in health centers or medical emergencies or any point, perhaps an individual or individuals need medical and health services from basic to specialized, but at that time, due to lack of manpower or the long distance to attend that medical center, this research plan has been prepared.
Important and noteworthy points: This work is only a research work and is only for study and in no way means interfering in health, hospital, emergency and medical affairs and treatment, and if any person uses it in any way, he must be accountable for his actions, and the producer of this research work, Dariush Panjeh Ali, does not have and will not have any customary, religious or legal responsibility, and in no way means economic and commercial efficiency.
Discussion and conclusion: It is worth mentioning that if according to the proposed plan, if people are always ready to provide assistance in accidents as a first priority It leads to mental peace for both oneself and other personnel and the injured, which as a general result, after mental peace, the necessary health and safety measures are taken, which in my opinion leads to at least a 40% increase in personnel efficiency and a reduction in parallel work and additional costs by at least 30%. Introduction: A person who is an emergency manager in accidents and crises must have completed scientific and operational courses in crisis management, disaster and risk management, and survival in nature and harsh conditions. Before forming an emergency management working group in accidents and crises, the following points must be considered and followed up: Points to note:
It is worth noting that the management of each institution or emergency center can vary depending on its conditions and laws, of course, according to the laws of each region.
Findings: A proposed comprehensive database of medical emergencies, health and wellness in disaster and crisis situations, also known as: medical and health emergencies in difficult conditions. The purpose of this plan is that, given that in times of crisis, an emergency manager needs volunteers to provide medical and health assistance to patients, and in health centers or medical emergencies or any other place, individuals may need medical and health services from basic to specialized, but at that time, either the medical and health staff is not responsive to that crisis or accident, or the time gap to get to that medical center is too long. In these circumstances, the names and accessible telephone numbers of the volunteers, of course, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Medical Emergencies Organization and the Medical System and Crisis Management of each region and by obtaining the necessary legal permits in every field and specialty, from paramedics to specialists in every medical field and health specialties, are prepared in advance and made available to the emergency management working group. People with mobile phones equipped with GPS, WhatsApp, and software that allows for video communication are informed of the location of the incident so that they can quickly reach that location and take emergency measures according to the laws, taking into account the facilities of that health or treatment center. It is worth noting that these people always have the following items ready in their bags so that they can use them in case of emergency (in a backpack, of course).

The generally required items that all individuals must carry individually and separately include: personal hygiene items, a place to store items in the form of a waterproof backpack, the size of which is selected according to each person's physical condition (according to the doctor's recommendation), an individual blanket or sleeping bag, washable eating utensils (steel), a ration of food for 5 nights and days, hygienic drinking water in a plastic bottle for 5 nights and days, suitable half-calf shoes, raincoats or ponchos, an individual, automatic, waterproof tent for one person, a survival bag and equipment for living in harsh conditions (individually), a first aid and first aid bag. It is worth noting that the equipment and supplies may be increased or decreased according to the rules of each institution or
There is a medical and health emergency center
and it varies.
Important and noteworthy points:
Before dispatching forces to the area
an emergency manager
must ensure the security of the area in every way
and this is done by talking and consulting with the police
of that area.
Note 1: After completing the medical emergencies, the emergency manager should request a summary of the situation from the team members, and after completing the work, send a written encouragement to all the people in the team via WhatsApp, which is both a thank you and an entry in their work file, and also record it in each person's smart chip identification card.
Note 2: After registering the volunteers, the working group should
request their documents and records
and after a complete legal review and confirmation of the documents and records of the people, and after checking their mental and physical health, an identification card will be issued to the people.
Note 3: The working group must request all registered and approved individuals to declare their readiness to volunteer on a monthly basis (10 days before the end of each month, 30 or 31 days), and the names of the individuals with their phone numbers should be recorded so that they have a list of individuals ready to serve each month. Important Note 4: Inform the participating individuals that if they have any problems and are not ready to participate in the plan, they should immediately inform the working group unit so that their names are removed from the plan. *Also, once a year, all participating individuals should be retrained according to the latest standards according to the laws and the professional and occupational field of each person to resolve any ambiguities and questions. *Also, a smart ID card should be issued to all individuals so that all their records and activities can be recorded in it. Conclusion: In addition to the above, experiences in accidents and crises have shown that time and speed are of the essence, and equipment can be of great help in saving the lives of the injured. After presenting the above, it can definitely be fruitful. Sources: * Principles of Nursing Care in Emergency. Hazrat Vali Asr (AJ) Medical Educational Center (Zanjan), Nursing Office Training Unit.
