Dr. Saeed Naseri is one of the country's distinguished scholars and experts in the fields of Labor Relations, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior Management. In addition to teaching academic courses in management and labor relations at universities across the country, he has for many years taught specialized and executive programs, including MBA, DBA, and Post-DBA courses, at the University of Tehran, Allameh Tabataba’i University, and Tarbiat Modares University. His areas of instruction include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior Management, and Labor Law.
Beyond his academic activities, Dr. Naseri serves as an advisor to chief executive officers in some of the largest holding companies, organizations, and reputable enterprises across various industries and business sectors in the country.
Dr. Naseri has been actively engaged in media and educational initiatives for many years with the aim of enhancing the knowledge and skills of employers and the workforce. Through specialized industry-related programs on Radio Eghtesad, as well as participation in professional conferences and seminars, he has consistently worked to share knowledge and practical experience in line with his professional mission.
Dr. Naseri’s book on Labor Law reached its sixth edition within a short period and received remarkable recognition from academics, employees, employers, and professionals in the field of labor relations.
His book on Human Resource Management, which presents his views and perspectives on key topics in the field of HR management, was officially unveiled in April 2025.
In March 2025, Dr. Naseri accepted the position of Chairman of the Labor Relations and Human Resources Committee of the Iran Business Management Association—the country’s largest and most prestigious association in the fields of management and business—following his appointment by Dr. Mohammad Hadi Asgari, President of the Association.
